Yes — RAW Performance Gym offers 24/7 access for members via secure key-fob entry. Once you’re signed up, you can train whenever suits you best, morning, evening, or overnight.

2. Do you offer Personal Training?

Absolutely. We provide 1:1 Personal Training tailored to your goals — whether that’s strength gains, fat loss, mobility improvement, or general fitness. Our coaches craft bespoke programs and guide you every step of the way.

3. What is the Team Transformation programme?

Team Transformation is our flagship group-based plan, combining structured workouts, coaching, nutrition guidance, and accountability. It’s designed to deliver measurable results in an environment of support and community. We run TT sessions every 10 weeks, we would recommend visiting here for more in-depth details.

4. Can beginners join RAW Performance Gym?

Yes! RAW is for all fitness levels — beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Our coaches are trained to scale workouts, coach proper form, and help you progress at your pace.
