Focusing on results for our clients starts with our trainers. Each one of our versatile trainers have gone through a rigorous trial period to ensure they’re up to the Raw Performance standard. All of our trainers are highly trained and extremely knowledgeable in a variety of fields and adapt to the needs of each client they work with. When choosing a personal training membership with us (found here) You can either choose a team member of ours or we can assign one to you based on your goals and needs.

CO-DIRECTOR
Qualifications: Sports and Exercise Science degree. Strength and Conditioning Coach. Weight Management Specialist.
Personality: Friendly, knowledgeable and Focused.
Style: Functionally focused training that can be tailored for all levels and abilities.
Disciplines: Hypertrophy Training, Strength & Conditioning.
ANDREA WATSON BLAKE
PERSONAL TRAINER
Qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructor. Level 3 Personal Trainer. Certificate in Spin, Circuits and Gym-based Boxing. NCFE Level 2 in Health and Nutrition.
Personality: Friendly, enthusiastic, driven.
Style: Weight loss, body transformations, hypertrophy training.
ANDRE WEBB

Qualifications: Level 3 certificate in Personal training (QCF). Level 2 certificate in Fitness instructing (QCF). Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Coaching, development and fitness (QCF)
Personality: Determined, optimistic and hardworking.
Style: A versatile approach with years of knowledge & experience to help clients reach their desired goals.

JON TERRY

Qualifications: Shredded By Science Academy Certificate – Disctinction (PTC). Level 3 diploma in Personal Training (ActiveIQ/The Training Room). Level 2 certificate in Fitness Instructing (YMCA awards/ICS Learn)
Personalitly: Friendly, approachable, accepting, motivational
Style: Calm, results-focussed approach using multiple training modalities.
Disciplines: Body transformation, weight-loss, hypertrophy and conditioning.
BEN PHILLIPS
PERSONAL TRAINER
Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in personal Training, Level 2 qualification in fitness instructing.
Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, passionate, friendly and easy to talk to.
Style: ‘‘I always try ensures variety in sessions to keep the client motivated, sessions will never be boring or repetitive, energy is the key!”

ANDY CURTIN
PERSONAL TRAINER
Qualifications & Experience: BSc Sport & Exercise Science & REPS Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Personal Training. Sport background includes training with British Swimming squad and competing to a national level for a number of years.
Personality: Dedicated to the wellbeing of my clients, driven to continually expand my knowledge, approachable and hardworking.
Style: I take a high energy approach to training helping you to improve your fitness and strength. My style incorporates strength and conditioning, metabolic conditioning and sport specific programs (triathlon)
